We got really lucky that the morning sun cooperated with us and gave us great lighting for the photos. They are a fun couple, and even came up with fantastic ideas for the shoot. Lauren and Tim’s engagement photo session was extremely fun, mainly because they are such a laid back and easy going couple. We had luck with the weather, which made all the photos that much better. Can’t wait for their wedding!

Renee and Dave’s Winter Engagement Photo Session

Renee and Dave’s Engagement Photo Session was a more special one because it was done during winter and although it was very cold outside, they were both troupers and did not complain at all. This photo session turned out exactly as we wanted it, with the white-winter-land theme in it. Started off at Adler Planetarium then we photographed in the city for a bit, and finished up by the Drake Hotel. I wish them only the best in their marriage. Congratulations Renee and Dave.

Candid engagement photography of 2012 by giapotos.com. From a quality point of view, I feel it’s very important to set up an engagement session before the wedding. You get to know me, I get to know you and by the time our session is finished, you know exactly the way I work, how I like to photograph you and the quality of work you can expect from me. Normally at an engagement session the photographs are even more photojournalistic then at the wedding due to the fact that we have more time alone and free to be as creative as we want to be.
