Love, Laughter & Lauren & Nicholas
Throughout my journey as a photographer, I’ve had the joy of documenting unforgettable love stories in Wilmette – from tender proposal moments to joyous wedding celebrations. This cherished North Shore village has captured the hearts of couples who appreciate its perfect harmony of lakefront beauty and village charm. Whether it’s the iconic Bahá’í Temple, the scenic Gillson Park Beach, or the enchanting Wilmette Harbor, this community provides endless possibilities for creating timeless photographs.
In this welcoming community, I’ve been honored to capture life’s most precious moments. From surprise proposals along the lakefront to engagement sessions in the beautiful Gillson Park, and wedding celebrations at beloved venues like Michigan Shores Club and Valley Lo Club. Each photography session is carefully crafted to reflect both Wilmette’s natural splendor and the unique essence of your relationship. After all, when you’ve found your perfect match in a village that offers such diverse and beautiful backdrops, you deserve photographs that capture not just the place, but the magic of being exactly where you belong.
Every season in Wilmette brings new opportunities for romance – from summer sunsets at the beach to spring blooms around the Bahá’í Temple gardens. As your photographer, I don’t just take pictures; I help create visual stories that will let you relive these special moments for generations to come. Scroll down to see some of the beautiful moments I’ve captured throughout Wilmette, and read what other couples share about their experience choosing this wonderful village for their special moments.

“For me, photography is more than a job, it is also my passion in life. As I think my images show, I love to photograph most of all happy people in exquisite settings. I take most of my photos in a photojournalistic way and my approach to wedding photography is that of a narrator, and my style is a mix of photojournalism and creative portraiture. To that end, I’m more interested in capturing the moment, rather than a fake smile, and so, after many years of experience, I know when to capture life as it happens without restraint.”
